In the case that claim reporting is not available online, we have provided each carrier's or general agent's claims handling phone number.

Getting in an accident can be unsettling. Be sure to gather the following important information at the scene of the accident, whether you are at fault or not:
  1. A photo of the scene
  2. The other driver's name and contact information
  3. His/her insurance policy number
  4. Driver's license number and license plate number
  5. It will also be helpful to have the names and phone numbers of any other individuals involved
In order to expedite your claim, it's best to contact your insurance company directly after a loss. When you call to report your loss, your claims team will immediately go to work. When you speak to a representative, he will gather information about the incident from you. Your insurance company may record or otherwise document the interview to expedite the entire claims process. There is no need to worry, your claims representative will explain to you relevant policy coverage, and if you choose, help locate a body shop.
